They selected North Bradon Farm to create their fantastic hard cheeses while they make their soft cheeses in Trevarrian off the North Cornwall coast. A beautiful old farmhouse over-looks North Bradon Farm which is situated in Somerset, England amidst rich farm handmade soap and lustrous pastures. The farm buildings house Cornish County Larder’s state of the art hard cheese making facility. Local dairy farms supply cow farm handmade soap and goats milk which they use to create their award winning range of farmhouse cheeses, butters farm handmade soap and bottled milk. Their Farmhouse Cheddar is handmade on the farm. They follow a traditional recipe farm handmade soap and their graders select only the finest cheeses to develop into their mature range.The results are deliciously tangy farm handmade soap and full-bodied Cheddar cheeses that develop a fruity farm handmade soap and complex flavor that sets them apart from other cheeses.
